Join us for a 45 minute Vinyasa yoga class followed by a 45 minute sound immersion (sound bath) session that will leave you feeling refreshed and grounded. Yoga will help you ease into the practice and find calm. The sound immersion combines breathwork, light stretching, and a sound bath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, bells, wave drum, and rain sticks. All levels welcome. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on. |
