Claudia Krich on Those Who Stayed: A Vietnam Diary

Join us in celebrating local author Claudia Krich’s new book “Those Who Stayed: A Vietnam Diary.”

On April 30, 1975, the American war in Vietnam ended and almost all Americans left in a chaotic evacuation. Claudia Krich directed the American Friends Service Committee Vietnam program from 1973 until July 1975.
Speaking Vietnamese, she kept a sharp eye and a carefully detailed diary. Instead of fleeing home to the U.S. when the new socialist government took control, she stayed to bring us this amazing look into that revolution.

Book sales and signing will be available.
