Mental Health Awareness

May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Mental Health Awareness Month seeks to spread awareness of mental health issues and reduce stigma, as well as provide support and advocacy for those struggling with mental illness and their loved ones.

Mental health can affect anyone as we all encounter challenges. It's easy to forget we need to take care of our minds as much as our bodies. We hope this month you take time to examine and focus on what you need to feel more mentally centered and fulfilled.

Keep an eye out on our Yolo County Library social media sites throughout May for more resources and information regarding Mental Health.
